SkyeConnect invites its Members and members of the public to attend the rearranged EGM which is to be held online via Zoom on Tuesday 10th November at 1000. This will be to ratify the organisation’s transition from a limited company to a Community Interest Company.
In addition, there are a small number of the company’s Articles of Association required to be amended as part of becoming a CIC.
