SkyeConnect EGM 3rd November 2020 at 1000
The Board of SkyeConnect invites members of the public and SkyeConnect members to an EGM to be held online via Zoom on Tuesday 3rd November at 1000.
The purpose of the EGM is to ratify the organisation’s transition from a Limited Company (with no share capital) to a Community Interest Company and to amend a number of the Articles of Association. This will be ahead of SkyeConnect’s AGM that will be held online in early December.
All SkyeConnect members will be sent the Zoom invitation later this week and if you are not a member but would like to attend please email to info@skye-connect.com.
