SkyeConnect's autumn event 'Skye on a Plate' held this week at the Sligachan Hotel has been hailed as an outstanding success.

Over 100 delegates, exhibitors and hotel staff saw a full day of networking and events  which concluded with an amazing dinner prepared by students of West Highland College and overseen by acclaimed Skye chefs Scott Davies and Calum Montgomery.

SkyeConnect was delighted to bring so many tourism and business professionals and which saw the launch of the new Taste Local Awards and the Membership Scheme of SkyeConnect.
